Our company boasts 50 various manufacturing equipment, two 150-ton 1,500cc full-computer injectors, four 100-ton half-automatic flat vulcanizing machines, one 800-ton 2,500 x 1,200 large vulcanizing machine, more than 20 vulcanizing machines of other specifications, one 35L close mixing mill, one JY200 precise performer, four 16-inch open type mixer, plastic extruder, strip cutter, metal surface treatment and other auxiliary equipment. At present, we have over 30 chemical and physical testing instruments, 30-ton universal material testing machine, computer control rubber pulling instrument, vulcanizing machine, low-temperature testing equipment, rubber abrasion testing machine, rubber wear testing machine, oil-proof aging cabinet, 200mm universal tool microscope, 100mm projector and other physical and chemical testing equipment.
